Taylor Holmes

Taylor Holmes brings experience across the government affairs space to boost clients engagement, research, and analysis needs.

Taylor joined RFA with experience in government affairs and political engagement. She most recently served as a Senior Associate at Wells Fargo on the Government Relations and Public Policy team. Prior to that she was the State Outreach Manager at the Credit Union National Association (now America’s Credit Unions) and served as a Policy Specialist at Arnold & Porter.

At Wells Fargo, Taylor managed the federal and state government relations in-district roundtable and town hall program with members of congress and local elected officials. At the Credit Union National Association she managed state advocacy campaigns, including campaigns that amplified the impact of credit unions across the country. She began her time in D.C. at Arnold & Porter in the Legislative and Public Policy practice group conducting research and monitoring policy issues to aid clients in the financial services, tax, and technology space.

Taylor graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
